How do I reserve food today?
In-app ordering is not live yet. Join the customer waitlist — we will share offers there when available.
What are collection windows and delivery options?
Collection window times, delivery radius, and delivery fees are to be confirmed. Pickup and delivery will be offered when available for each deal.
What if I cancel or miss pickup?
Reservations are non-refundable because the food is perishable and already reserved. Quality or food-safety issues are refunded.
How are allergens and food safety handled?
Allergens will be shown per item once in-app ordering is live. Partner FSSAI licenses are currently being filed and are not yet verified.
How do I contact support?

What does it cost to join?
Zero upfront cost. No joining fee and no long-term contract during the pilot.
What fees or commissions apply, if any?
No commission during the pilot. Fee structure for full launch will be shared directly with restaurant partners during onboarding.
How do I list surplus and when will you contact me?
How surplus quantities get submitted, and when pilot partners will be contacted, are to be confirmed. Join the restaurant WhatsApp to stay in the loop.
Do you verify FSSAI licenses?
Partner FSSAI licenses are currently being filed. Verification is not complete yet — we do not claim it is done.
